01 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "bagh", "platform" or "site" refers to the baghbet.cam website and its associated mobile applications. "Member", "user" or "you" refers to any person who has registered an account or is using the platform. 03 Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely your own responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Giving anyone else access to your account, placing bets on behalf of a third party, or transferring your account is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

4.2 Withdrawals

05 Bonuses and Promotions

bagh regularly offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming. The main bonus terms are summarised below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance becomes ৳2,500. The wagering requirement must be met before the bonus amount can be withdrawn — in this case, ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• There is a set period to complete the bonus terms — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• bagh reserves the right to review an account if bonus abuse is suspected.

06 Games and Betting Rules

If any such activity is detected, the account concerned will be permanently closed and legal action may be taken if necessary.

08 VIP Programme

bagh's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — Bronze offers up to 0.2% and Diamond offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Weekly cashback is calculated at the applicable rate on that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example, as a Gold member, a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week gives ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 in cashback.
